The C-One Enterprise Company Ltd., with its previous name being Zhou Guang Hang, was founded in 1955 as a trade business agent selling on consignment those cleansers of famous brands in Taiwan. The founder of the C-One Enterprise Company Ltd. is Mr. Zhou, Ting-Fen. In 1960, under the technical guidance of the Japanese Oil Company, the C-One Enterprise Company Ltd. was formally established, with Mrs. Zhou-Li, Gui-Zhu as the first director of the board of the company. The Company was then one among the few earliest companies of cleanser in Taiwan. The factory of the company is now located at Lin-Kou in Taipei County; for the past more than forty years, it has produced various kinds of products, economical and substantial as well as excellent quality at low prices, to serve its customers. Because of its persistent focus on the demands and benefits of its customers, the Company has already established its famous reputation in the business market.
